Refunds and cancellation

1. Unused balance

A top-up is not refunded automatically. The unused remainder can be refunded on request within [period, days] from the top-up date. Decision and refund amount: [rule, set by the owner].

2. Generation failure

If a generation is not completed through the fault of the service, the amount returns to the balance automatically. Errors are retried without a charge.

3. Payment dispute

If you dispute a payment with your bank, the balance may be temporarily restricted until the dispute is resolved. To sort it out, write to support: [support email].
