1. The service

CG is a service for creating images, video and audio with artificial intelligence models. Service operator: [company name or full name], [country of registration].

2. Balance and payment

A balance top-up is prepaid funds for use inside CG, in US dollars. The balance is not electronic money or a deposit: it cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be withdrawn.

The cost of every action is shown in dollars before the run. The charge happens at the run, and if a generation fails the funds return to the balance.

Payments are accepted by a partner payment service. The operator does not receive or store bank card details.

3. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to create sexual content involving real people, deepfakes, face swaps and impersonation of real people without their consent, as well as materials that violate the law or the rights of third parties. Moderation works both automatically and manually; in case of a violation, runs may be restricted.

4. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Generation results are probabilistic: a repeated run may give a different result. The operator is not liable for losses caused by the use of the results.
